Working with a sloping block always presents challenges but with this project the aim was to make the backyard more useable for the family, create a seamless transition from one area to the next whilst inviting everyone down to the fire pit area. Plus create space for the kids to kick a ball!

What was involved?
Eden Hills was a large scale project completed over 5 months from engagement to completion. Major earthworks took place to move and level soil & clay and create the tiered gardens.

Sloping block levelling; Step Build out; Seating Installation; Garden Landscaping; Lawn area prep & installation; Irrigation install.
What materials were used?
Moss Rock & bluestone stone retaining walls and steps, Eco Outdoor Endicott cobblestone paving; Fire Put – Basket Range sandstone sawn wallers; Plants & turf installation; Complete irrigation set up; Aluminium fencing; Bluestone steppers; Exposed concrete addition; New pailing fence on boundary;
What was the clients investment?
The project was complete for approximately $130k
